I love working with people and discovering ways to help them resource their own structure and create a vital lifestyle. My most recent passions have led me to exploring breathing optimization and postural patterning.  I have found this leads to a more fluid body that exhibits vibrant tissue and a spirit that lives life joyfully.   Presently I am working in a sports environment where my clients are predominately golfers.  I offer insight into the mechanics of the game, effect on the body, and training to improve mind, body connections.

I moved to Bandon, Oregon in 2011 after 22 years in Los Angeles. It is a beautiful part of the country with quiet natural sounds and vast space to explore.  My  interests tend towards learning about the body, and movement ,whether its professional or simply with sporting activities like golf, swimming, diving, and hiking.

I have been a practicing therapist for the past 18 years.  Starting in the Los Angeles area with basic massage training at IPSB school of massage. My training broadened by developing a speciality in Craniosacral therapy through the Milne Institue.  Other areas of skill development in body therapies  include:  thai Massage, Polarity Therapy, Yoga teacher training (Ana Forrest), Breathing for health (Buteyko), structural integration-fascial manipulation includes strain/counterstrain neuromuscular therapy through the Jones Institute, and sports performance movement assessment as designed by the Titleist Performance Institute.

I look forward to meeting and working with you for my body based therapy, movement and education.
